PlayStation is making its comeback in September 2024 with a colossal State of Play. Big games will be announced, in addition to very nice updates for several very popular titles.
After another summer full of big traditional conferences, from Summer Game Fest to Gamescom, the start of the school year also has some nice surprises in store for gamers. Nintendo has already started hostilities, but now it’s PlayStation’s turn to unveil its lineup for the coming months with its State of Play. Although we expected a lackluster conference, the evening was ultimately worth the wait with some very good announcements.

The conference opened with a bang with Sony’s new mascot! As expected, Team Asobi presented the free DLC ofAstro Bot. When it comes to exclusives, this big conference had plenty of them. We were treated to the remaster of Horizon Zero Dawnthat leaked a few days ago. The LEGO version of Aloy also appeared, with as much humor as ever. But the end of the show was the announcement of the sequel Ghost of Tsushimanamed Spirit of Yotei.
A good touch of nostalgia was also welcome in this SoP. We saw something new for the better TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge. But J-RPG fans will prefer to watch Lunar Remaster Collection. To top it all off, The legacy of Cain was actually confirmed
The PSVR2 was also highlighted. Let’s hope you enjoy the shaking, because the mood in between looks gloomy The Midnight Walk
