Mario smashed stones for decades. Now it becomes a stone itself. Nintendo and LEGO have announced a joint project.

Nintendo continues to pursue its plan to make its brands better known than it already is. After a collaboration between Super Mario and the jeans manufacturer Levi's was announced just last week, there is already information about the next collaboration with another well-known brand. Together with LEGO, Nintendo is apparently planning to launch building kits from the Mushroom Kingdom.
The information situation is thin, at least a short teaser video has been published on social media, which shows a square Mario, which is reminiscent of a slot machine that shows question mark blocks. Oddly enough, Mario's mouth and eyes are made of LEDs. "Something fun is being built!" Further information will be announced shortly. An almost identical LEGO teaser gives a little more. It even shows the legs, or rather the legs of the LEGO Mario figure that are left over. In any case, the implementation is extremely unusual. But see for yourself:
"It's a LEGO Mario!"
