Anyone who wants to log in to an e-mail mailbox at T-Online early Thursday evening is left in the dark: no login possible, no access to the e-mails.

Our error message went off in the early evening of March 10th at the T-Online service. The T-Online customer center and e-mail inbox are currently unavailable. If you try to log in, you will get an error message. Content is not loading. Reports reach us from large parts of Germany, we were able to understand the problems in the editorial office.
The reason for the outages is currently unknown, but we assume that work is already being done to eliminate the fault. So be patient, access to the customer and e-mail center should be working again shortly.
