Telecom disruption apparently resolved: That was the reason for the internet problems

Telekom’s Internet offering was apparently down for many customers, but the problem has now been resolved. That was the reason for the problems.

Many users of Telekom’s Internet offering reported problems with the Internet to our provider’s fault reporter on the evening of January 8, 2024.

Telekom had confirmed a disruption in Mönchengladbach. A cable was damaged during civil engineering work. Now all connections should work normally again. Telekom Netzwelt writes this in a statement.
