If you haven't done so already, install the MagentaService application on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Open the application and log in with your Telekom username and password. The message "View your gift" should now appear in the application. Just click on the prompt. If the message does not appear, check if there are app updates available in the App Store or Google Play Store.

You have now credited 500 megabytes to the lender. You will then receive a confirmation text message to confirm your free reservation. 500 megabytes are immediately available to you. Not all customers benefit

Not all Telekom customers will benefit from additional credit. The event is specifically aimed at private customers with a minimum term mobile phone contract. As a result, prepaid and commercial customers cannot get any additional quantities. It does not include the data-only charges, CombiCard, family card and mobile phone charges signed before 2011.


