The Android 13 beta is here. We’ll tell you how you can register for these and try out the new OS versions in advance.
Google has released the public beta of Android 13. From now on not only developers but also you can try out the new OS for tablets and mobile phones – provided you have one of the following mobile phones:
Android 13 beta is available for these phones
More phones are likely to get early access to the Android 13 beta soon. Google named Xiaomi, Oppo and Nokia as other partners at its I/O developer conference.
Please note: The following installation instructions refer to Google Pixel devices, for other manufacturers’ smartphones, please follow the manufacturers’ instructions linked in the list above.

Enrollment in Google’s Android beta program

Then scroll down to “Your eligible devices”.

By clicking on the green button entitled “Register device” next to your device, you activate participation in the Android beta program.
Wait for OTA update

The update should then be available for download on your device within 24 hours. When the message appears, click “Install”.
Exit Android 13 Beta
To revert back to the regular Android version, log into the beta program as shown and click Deregister Device next to your phone. You will then receive the regular, stable Android version again via OTA update.
