Bethesda, confirmed, future

To celebrate the 13th anniversary of the monumental Skyrim, Bethesda has shared an image that drops a big hint about the highly anticipated The Elder Scrolls 6.

It’s already been 13 years since Bethesda made history with Skyrim (thanks in particular to the unwavering support of modders). Fans have been waiting feverishly for 13 years for The Elder Scrolls 6, which was announced six years ago, and since then there has been almost dead silence. To celebrate the anniversary of the previous work, the studio would have left a hint about what awaits us in our next adventures in Tamriel.

If the latest rumors are to be believed, Bethesda is finally moving up a gear in the development of The Elder Scrolls 6. In fact, several Starfield developers have been mobilized in this direction. To celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary, Bethesda told us last March that there were playable builds of the long-awaited RPG. These seemed to “be” filled with the same joy, excitement and promise of adventure » than in previous works.

This time, on the occasion of Skyrim’s anniversary, the American studio is quietly releasing new information about The Elder Scrolls 6. More specifically, about the Tamriel region, where the next work will take place. After many rumors, speculations, and possible hints indirectly shared by Bethesda, the general consensus is that the sequel will take place in Lenclume, the homeland of the Redguards. As a reminder, this is a region west of Borderciel, the Skyrim region that combines dry land with more fertile landscapes.

However, in the image below we see armor typically used by this warrior race, symbolizing license. In any case, it didn’t take much to convince fans that the most widespread theory on the subject has now been confirmed by the studio. However, we are not immune to the fact that a sixth part of The Elder Scrolls 6 will take place in more than one region of Tamriel. However, at the moment we can only speculate. Of course, we’ll have to wait for more concrete announcements from Bethesda.
