An average Twitch stream looks something like this: A person sits at their PC, gambles something and comments on the whole thing, sometimes more, sometimes less motivated. You’ve seen it a thousand times. We’ve presented you with much more creative streams in the past – such as the dancing tech freak TheSushiDragon or the streamer CodeMiko in her $30,000 suit:

A virtual streamer conquers Twitch
The streams by Australian Robcdee are completely different, but no less exciting: The streamer has been living in Tokyo, the largest city in the world, for many years – and there in the urban jungle he experiences the wildest moments of the internet.
Who is Robcdee, the Angels of Shibuya
?
Rob Dee has been streaming his life from the Japanese mega-metropolis for around three years. His live broadcasts from the lively districts of Shibuya and Shinjuku are particularly exciting, in which he regularly takes his viewers into Tokyo’s lavish nightlife.
His big break came in a situation that earned him his nickname Shibuya Angel
– the Angels of Shibuya
– got.
While playing around on his smartphone during a stream, Rob notices a woman being stalked and harassed by a shady guy. Without hesitation, the streamer pretends to be the woman’s friend and can thus drive the stalker away. Visibly grateful, the woman confirms that she was in grave danger – but see for yourself:

On his Twitch channel there are dozens of similar clips in which the streamer other people rescues from precarious situations. But of course these are not the only reason why his streams are so popular. Rob has a talent for constantly slipping into absurd situations:

Over 2,000 km on the bike through Japan
For once, the streamer did not get into his current adventure by accident. Rob has been cycling across Japan for almost a month as part of a Subathon – a special event where the stream gets longer with every new subscriber.
He has covered more than 2,000 km so far driving from Tokyo to Kagoshima, the southernmost city on mainland Japan. What should not be missing, of course, are his good deeds.
For example, Rob helped a goat tied to a tree that got completely tangled in its leash while working as a live lawnmower:

But the sugar-sweet highlight of his bike tour was meeting an elderly lady. Her daughter, who lives in Tokyo, commissioned her to wait on the side of the road for the cycling streamer and give him a home-cooked meal and cool drinks to surprise:

Robcdee is currently on his way home towards Tokyo and still has around 1,200 km to go. But strengthened by grandma’s care package, the rest of the route will certainly drive itself. If you feel like following Rob’s adventures live, you should definitely go on his Twitch Kanal look in.
