The
PC and N64 classic "Star Wars" episode 1: "Racer" will land on PlayStation 4 and Switch in May.
Star Wars Episode 1: Race Driver Will be released for PS4 and Switch on May 14th, and provide modern controls for your podracer.
Aspyr on the PS Blog stated that all FMV sequences in the game will have a higher resolution. On PS4, the team also remapped all the controls to "feel suitable for DualShock 4".
On the Switch, the development team wanted to ensure that the game felt comfortable in all configurations, including playing with each individual Joy-Con.
In the game, you can control the podracer and perform speed control on various tracks (such as Baroonda and Tatooine) that span eight different worlds. In the game, you will be able to discover shortcuts and secrets, which will help you speed up your lap.
There are 25 different racers to play, you can choose between characters such as Anakin Skywalker and Ratts Tyerell.
You can even upgrade the driver with Pit Droids, and the game has a split-screen multiplayer function.
