What’s new on Disney+ in September 2024? The platform has confirmed its first releases with the launch of a very big series that Marvel fans are waiting for.
The biggest Disney+ release in August 2024 is coming soon. In a few days the casting ofOnly Murders in the building returns for a fourth season. The plot revolves around the murder of Sazz Pataki, the understudy of Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin). The first episode will be released on August 27, 2024, while the other nine will be released between September and October. A highly anticipated series as the future original production of the big-eared company. WandaVision fans watch out!
Disney+ releases confirmed for September 2024
If you liked the Star Wars The Acolyte series more or less, we regret to tell you that there will be no sequel. Due to the very negative reviews and the probably equally disappointing ratings, Disney+ has cut it short. It may be sad, but the platform has already warned that it will not express feelings if the reception is not strong enough. So Disney+ subscribers will lose a Star Wars series, but there will be a new one very soon that could be just as interesting for adults as it is for children.
LEGO Star Wars: Rebuilding the Galaxy was created as part of the 25th anniversary of the partnership between LEGO and Lucasfilm. In this series, the good guys become bad guys, the bad guys become heroes, and a young shepherd is tasked with restoring balance after he shocks the galaxy with a powerful Jedi relic. It will be available on Disney+ from September 13, 2024.
In these first Disney+ releases starting in September 2024, there’s also a highly anticipated Marvel series finally making its way to the service: Agatha All Along. The show centers on the villainess from WandaVision, still played by Kathryn Hahn. “Now stripped of all power, the infamous Agatha Harkness is a mere shadow of her former self.
