ZeniMax Online Studios released a new trailer for The Elder Scrolls Online during The Game Awards 2019, which heralded the culmination of the season of the dragon. At the same time, the clip already indicates what awaits you in the new year 2020.
While the "Year of the Dragon" is coming to an end, the next year-long adventure is already in the starting blocks and will take you to the legendary edge of the sky in 2020. At the same time, players are drawn to Skyrim, the setting of the multi-award-winning role-playing epic The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
This new extension was initially hinted at during the award ceremony, but will not be presented in detail until next year. ZeniMax would like to do this as part of a detailed live stream, which is scheduled for January 16, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. German time. So if you want to return to the Black Heart of Skyrim, you should mark the date in the calendar.
The Elder Scrolls Online was originally in work since 2007 and was released in November 2011. Since then, the MMORPG has been regularly supplied with fresh content. It is not the first time that Skyrim has also found its way into themes and locations from other Elder Scrolls titles. In 2017, for example, the creators also integrated Vvardenfell, the location from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
