The Fallout series is much more important to the games than I thought! (Without spoilers)
Easy to miss
In the final episode, the Fallout series heads toward two revelations: Lucy learns the truth about her childhood, and Cooper Howard learns Vault-Tec’s true motives. Despite his remorse, Cooper decides to eavesdrop on his wife’s business meeting.
During this meeting, we and Cooper learn of the company’s unconscionable plans, which also reinforce a persistent fan theory. In addition, the bosses of other companies also take the floor. Like the CEO of RobCo, who wears a noticeable mustache.
And The founder and sole managing director of RobCo was Robert House until the warwhich you probably remember from numerous green screen conversations:
A look at the subtitles confirms the assumption that the RobCo boss with the mustache is actually Mister House, as his name is stated here.
In New Vegas, House is the leader of one of the major factions with which our character can fight for control of the Hoover Dam and the Mojave. He also owns the platinum chip, the attempted delivery of which almost costs us our lives at the beginning of the game.
While we mostly communicate with him via the big screen at Lucky 38, House’s body has been lying in a life support machine in the casino’s control room since the start of the war.
There are also a few other details hidden in the new Fallout series that aren’t necessarily obvious at first glance. For example, we find out how the famous Vault-Tec mascot came about. The end of the series, on the other hand, could affect future games. You can read how it changes the world of Fallout in our analysis.
