However, everyone can agree that to reach maximum speed, a car needs to have Engine Monitoring System (EMS) Fully upgraded. There are four levels of upgrades, and you can increase the maximum price of each car to about $2,300 for high-end cars (such as those in this list). In the fourth and final upgrade level, the maximum acceleration will be about 15% higher than the basic level.
Needless to say, all measurements of the fastest car in GTA Online are based on a fully upgraded model.

Grotti Itali RSX
Inspired by the real-world Ferrari SF90 Stradale, the Grotti Itali RSX sports car is the most expensive sports car on this list. However, in terms of style and speed, it is worth it. It is a strong contender for the title of the fastest car in GTA Online: Ocelot Pariah beat it by a small margin of 0.7 mph.
First 811
The top two cars in this list are all sports cars, so Pfister 811 can still have the fastest speed of any super sports car in the game. Its main inspiration in the real world comes from the Porsche 918 Spyder, but despite this impressive pedigree, it will not hurt the wallet as badly as the Grotti Itali RSX inspired by Ferrari.
Principe dedication eight
Another supercar, the Principe Deveste No. 8, lost to the Pfister 811 at the fastest speed of its kind at 0.75 mph. It is based on Devel 16, which is a concept supercar that has not yet been seen in real life. Therefore, if you have ever wanted to drive a semi-fabulous supercar, then getting Principe Deveste 8 in GTA Online is the best chance.
Bravado Banshee 900R
The third and last supercar on the list once again lags behind its closest competitor by just 0.75 mph.
