You can build anything in this open-world RPG – Preview Enshrouded
With Enshrouded, the first big open world of 2024 is in the starting blocks: The survival game from the Europe studio Keen Games presents you with a hand-built game world measuring around 25 square kilometers with various biomes that you can explore and redesign solo or with up to 15 players.
A core aspect of the game is the innovative building system, which offers almost unlimited possibilities thanks to the use of a specially developed engine and voxel technology. Everything in the world is destructible and can be manipulated, which is intended to take creativity in base building to new dimensions.
Otherwise, Enshrouded is characterized by one Mixture of survival and role-playing elements out of. You don’t just collect all kinds of raw materials and craft as much as you can. You also gain experience, improve your character stats and select skills from an extensive skill tree in order to develop yourself roughly in three directions – warrior, ranger or magician.
You’ll find out how well this actually safe mixture works in practice in our early access test on Wednesday. Until then, you can take another look at our detailed preview:
