first complete deadpool and wolverine The trailer is here, and yes, although you’ve probably already seen it, the trailer finally shows off Hugh Jackman in that iconic suit.

Back in February, when the trailer for Deadpool vs. Wolverine was released, it only gave us a glimpse of Jackman, suggesting that Marvel wasn’t quite ready for everyone to see that classic yellow suit just yet. Of course, most of us have already seen it thanks to photos of the set being shared around, but today’s first full trailer for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film really reintroduces Wolverine and what he does. It looked like a lot of drinking. Yes, Logan is a bit worse for wear and his universe is clearly a little off, though it’s unclear if he’s from the original Fox-produced universe or just another universe that looks the same.

Unsurprisingly, the titular characters don’t seem to get along too well, and while Deadpool appears to need Wolverine’s help to save his own universe, I’m sure those reasons will become clearer in the movie itself. Interestingly, the villain this time around appears to be Cassandra Nova, aka Professor Xavier’s evil twin. Again, whatever she’s doing in this particular Marvel Cinematic Universe installment hasn’t really been reported, but we’ve at least seen some of her abilities on display.

There are also countless references, like Liefeld’s Just Feet, a foot care shop that’s an obvious tongue-in-cheek homage to Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld, and the giant Ant-Man helmet Cassandra designed for some . reason. It’s also a lot like Azazel from X-Men: First Class, the red devil-looking guy who was Nightcrawler’s father in the comics and Lady Deathstroke. Deathstrike, who appeared as a mutant version of the character in X-Men: First Class. , will all appear in the movie in some way.

Oh, and apparently Marvel Universe boss Kevin Feige said cocaine is something that won’t be seen in Marvel movies, although Deadpool apparently continues to tease that.

“Deadpool and Wolverine” will be released on July 26.
