The Star Wars franchise has always featured great actors and actresses: Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Ewan McGregor, and more. The list is long and it does not stop growing as productions are added to the universe. While the series add little by little, the movies usually take giant leaps in this regard.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens It was the first film in the latest trilogy of the franchise and it was a huge deployment of new actors and actresses. Daisy Ridley as Rey, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, and John Boyega as Finn were the standouts. On the other hand, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher returned, for example.
At this confluence of veteran and new actors, an acquaintance from another well-known franchise made an appearance and most of us didn’t notice: Daniel Craigknown for being the last James Bond of the 007 saga, appeared in The Force Awakens… although it would be very unfair to blame anyone for not noticing.
