The Mandalorian is undoubtedly one of Disney’s greatest successes: it must be said that a lot was at stake since it was both the first television series dedicated to Star Wars and the project that allowed the opening of Disney+. And if the VOD platform is a perfectly taken seriously titan today, The Mandalorian has played a big part in making it so.
In short, after two seasons that broke quite a few viewership records for their time, the time had come for a season 3, and the least we can say is that it seems to be touching viewers’ hearts. . If you haven’t seen it yet, just know that Episode 7, which aired just recently, is one hell of a rocket that the community didn’t see coming.
The proof is in these damn playful tweets:

The adventure continues
With this seventh episode, the production seems to have done well and is preparing itself A grand finale: In fact, the eighth episode will also be the last of this long-awaited third season. We know what you’re wondering… will there be a Season 4 then?
A priori everything speaks for it, yes! Jon Favreau, producer and co-writer of the series, revealed this last February have finished writing a fourth partstarted parallel to the production of Season 3. From now on it’s just a question of the audience : If the characters are there and Disney finds them compelling, a sequel has every chance of making it. We will of course keep you up to date.
By the way, keep in mind that the Star Wars universe is well developed beyond Mandalorian on Disney+: There’s the famous Obi-Wan Kenobi series, The Book of Boba Fett, and many other projects to come. Star Wars has found a new territory.
