In addition to the most anticipated Japanese productions, a very special anime will be coming to the small screen this summer: a new version of one of the most successful animated series of recent times thanks to its bizarre plot and characters of all kinds: Rick y Morty.
Through their social networks, Adult Swim has shared a new trailer that shows a variety of scenes with Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith as the main protagonists. New characters are also introduced that promise to be interesting within the plot of the series.
As for the release date, the production company has confirmed that the series will arrive on Adult Swim on August 15, 2024, and will be available exclusively on the Max platform starting August 16. The series will have a total of 10 episodes that will be released weekly.
It is important to remember that this anime, animated by the Telecom Animation Film studio and directed by Takashi Sano, was going to land sometime last year, but due to still unknown problems, Adult Swim decided to delay its premiere until this summer.
