Like any cultural medium, video games tackle various themes, often related to our society, even in the most fantasy universes. This mirror of our humanity can only exist through the vision of creators, thanks to their creativity itself inspired by their experiences. However, today, the players in the gaming environment are not entirely representative of society, whether for gender, race, demography, cultural background or social background. In this series of interviews, we wanted to focus specifically on women in video games, who today represent only 15% of workers in the sector.
Do women come to see video games as a viable professional environment? If the question is not economic, the sector being stronger than ever, it is nonetheless important.
