Another character was confirmed for the fighting game The King of Fighter XV during the Game Awards 2021. In addition, another open beta test phase will be carried out in December.
During the pre-show for the Game Awards 2021, Krohnen was confirmed as another fighter for The King of Fighters XV. In beat’em-up he takes on everyone who gets in his way with his shape-shifting arm. The character is said to have a connection to the secret syndicate NESTS, but the details are still unknown.
The new fighter, who expands the wars of the longstanding series, will already be playable in a second open beta that has also been confirmed. This test phase will take place on PS5 and PS4, will offer cross-play between the consoles and has both online (Casual Match, Room Match) and offline modes (Versus, Training, Tutorial). A PS Plus subscription is not required to participate in the beta.
The test phase will take place from December 18 at 4:00 a.m. to December 20 at 3:59 p.m. The following characters can then be selected:

The full version of The King of Fighters XV is slated to be released on February 17, 2022 with a total of 39 characters.
