2021 has been an incredible year so far as The Last of Us Part II won over 300 awards for Game of the Year, an unprecedented achievement. We are very grateful to the community for their fantastic support and thank you for choosing us for BAFTA EE Game of the Year and Golden Joystick Ultimate Game of the Year. We have received a ton of fan mail telling us how the Last of Us saga affected them and we are blown away by the amazing fan art, cosplays and tattoos that you have shared with us.
One of the most requested elements from the community was the release of a PS5 performance patch for The Last of Us Part II.
Well, that day has come, you can download the free patch * now!
Once Patch 1.08 for The Last of Us Part II is installed on PS5, you will find an option in Display that allows you to set the target frame rate of 30 or 60 IPS
The team has been researching the PS5 hardware and range of the console since it was released last year, and we can’t wait to find out what the future holds. This patch is just the first step in our work on PS5. We’ll let you know when we have more information for you!
