What changes to the original are there? Sony’s game description remains vague on this topic as well:

One could take this to mean that the gameplay is based more on the newer second part than on the original The Last of Us. We will probably only find out more details when the official announcement is made.
Is the DLC Left Behind also part of the remake? Yes – the new version of The Last of Us should also include the prequel chapter Left Behind. In it, we experience Ellie’s life with the Fireflies before she meets Joel.
