if you haven’t played The last of us part 1 Played on PC the past few days, or just started playing, you need to update your game as a hotfix has been rolled out for the past three days.
The first patch was released on March 29 and focuses on stability, performance improvements, and crash-related issues affecting some users. Minor issues were also resolved.
The second patch was released on March 30 and applies fixes that improve memory and performance. The fix reduces the PSO cache size to reduce memory requirements and minimize out-of-memory crashes, adds additional diagnostics for developer tracing purposes, and increases animation stream memory to improve performance during games and movies. It also applies a fix for the crash on first launch.

A fix to address mouse-controlled camera movement jitter, some crashes, etc. is planned for Tuesday April 4. a larger patch containing more fixes will be deployed later this week
Naughty Dog also encourages players to ensure they have the latest Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics drivers applied.
Since The Last of Us Part 1 launched on PC on March 28, players have encountered various issues. These issues include shaders taking longer than expected to load, performance and stability degradation while shaders are loading in the background, failure to start despite encountering minimum system requirements, memory leaks, and more.
Although issues with the PC version resulted in additional work, Naughty Dog said it intends to create games for the PC and PlayStation platforms in the future.
