Disney's upcoming live-action version has a new trailer snow White Remake, I really wish they didn't give Heigh-ho the trailer music.

You see, for the past three weeks I've been writing a story every week about the trailers for live-action remakes of animated classics. First it was How to Train Your Dragon , then Lilo & Stitch , and now Snow White , and I feel as grumpy about it as I did the first time (anyone under 30 will feel grumpy). This is the first full trailer for the movie, the previous one was just a teaser and just a bunch of random shots (like they are), but this one leans more into the story.

Speaking of the story, it seems very similar to the original Evil Queen of the Dwarves, who broke into the dwarves' homes and got away with it for… reasons. Everything is there! Except this time, there's also a dramatic trailer version of the classic song Heigh-ho. It's always terrible when a trailer does this to any song, which is now overplayed, but it feels especially silly when it's a silly, whimsical song like Heigh-ho. We get it! This is the only song from Snow White that people remember, but it also has unintelligible lyrics and no one can sing along anyway, just give us a fun version and it will definitely be hidden in the movie anyway somewhere in.

In terms of cast and crew, Rachel Zegler leads the cast as Snow White, with The Amazing Spider-Man's Marc Webb serving as director. As far as the script goes, it comes from two writers, one of whom is Erin Cressida Wilson, who writes mostly stuff you haven't heard of (I know it sounds stupid, but she has mostly written some indie stuff and dramas), but the other is the one and only Greta Gerwig, director of Barbie and the upcoming adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia on Netflix . Some great talent! Sadly, it will probably go from good to bad and print a ton of money at the box office anyway.
