Can we blame him? As we said in our review of the DLC, Shadow of the ErdTree has tremendous longevity and features gameplay that stays true to FromSoftware’s tried and tested and polished formula. Again, players get its eyes and ears, but also its faces. We wish Nikiichi Tobita a lot of fun with the DLC. This expansion has enemies so formidable and impressive that we could well find them in his work. It is perhaps not for nothing that we can see the “glowing worm boy” in the humorous panel shared on X.
