Bloober Team, the creators of Blair Witch, Observer and Layers of Fear, announced a new horror game called The Medium as part of the Inside Xbox event.

The Medium is said to be the most ambitious project by Bloober Games from Poland. The psychological horror game puts you in the role of Marianne, a medium that is tormented by visions and acts in both the real and a spiritual world. This gives her the opportunity to experience and assess events from different perspectives. This aspect of perception should play a central role in it.
For the title, the studio works with the creator of the Silent Hill soundtrack, Akira Yamaoka. Further information is currently in short supply. The Medium is slated for PC and Xbox Series X releases in late 2020. As a first foretaste, there was a trailer at the event:
