In March 2022, the console version of GTA 5 received a next-gen upgrade to score with a beautified look on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. But there are two catches to this day: firstly, the PC was not taken into account and secondly, many console users were disappointed, to put it mildly, with the small leap in graphics. The expectations were simply higher in advance.
At least on PC there is good news! Because the mod NaturalVision Evolved
has finally appeared after a long period of development and is transforming Los Santos and the surrounding area into a genuine title of the current generation of games.
But enough of the words, you definitely want to get an idea of the result for yourself first. There you go, have fun watching!

The mod NaturalVision Evolved changes everything
If you have been dealing with the topic of mods for GTA 5 for a long time, there could be a risk of confusion here. Because the video game developer and modder Jamal aka Razed Mods
already has a modification with a very similar name in the past NaturalVision Remastered
released.
However, the Evolved version that has now been released goes quite a bit further in all respects and leaves hardly any graphic aspect of the gangster epic untouched. This is not just one of the numerous post-process filters in the GTA cosmos, but one profound change of the whole look. This changes in detail:
- Improved weather system
- Revised, more realistic lighting
- Modified coloring for a m ore realistic look
- Numerous new textures including optimized parallax mapping
- New models for buildings, vegetation and other objects

How to install the mod
The good thing about the mod: it is modular. If you want, you can also just install the ENB filter to benefit from the changed color palette and the more realistic illumination. The rest of the features are included as optional add-ons that you can add or omit as needed.
After the download, you first unzip the directory to a location of your choice. Here you will also find a readme file with help and useful tips for using the mod. You then download the mandatory tool OpenIV download that you need to open the mod files. Then start OpenIV and make the following settings:

and installs the ASI Loader plugin - Next you install it
OpenIV.asi

want to create what you take with youAnd
approved
What’s next? You can now open all mods that you want to install via OpenIV via Tools
– Package Installer
.
Navigate to the downloaded mod directory and double click on the file NaturalVision Installer – PART ONE.oiv
. Install the mod in the mods
directory you just created. Then you repeat the game with the file NaturalVision Installer – PART TWO.oiv
.
Next you open the folder ENB (required)
and copies one of the desired presets (of course, the requirements for your system increase with each level from Low to Ultra) into the installation directory of GTA 5, which you will find somewhere else depending on the platform:
Steam-Version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
Rockstar-Social-Club-Version: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V
Epic-Games-Version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\GTAV
That’s almost it. You have now fully installed the NaturalVision Evolved mod. Now you can let off steam with the optional add-ons. If you like one, you can simply install and uninstall it via OpenIV. Have fun trying!
