The new Delta Force brought the shooter series back with a pretty big bang. If you didn’t have the opportunity to test the Battlefield competitor in August, you have the opportunity to do so at the Steam Next Fest.

The servers for the new playtest have been online since this morning, and you can easily play the game via the Steam page download. The download size is around 42 GB, but you need 60 GB of space on your hard drive. You can play until October 22, 2024.

For the time of the playtest A lot of content has already been activatedwhich otherwise have to be earned first:
- 6 Operator: S-Wolf, Stinger, Luna, Shepherd, Hackclaw und Uluru
- The operator Vyron can be unlocked via an in-game mission
- In “War” mode, all weapons are fully unlocked
- All items such as premium weapons, ammunition types and equipment are directly available in the shop
- You will receive equipment tickets, complete packages, Tekniq alloys and weapon XP coins via your inbox every day
However, your progress from the playtest will not transferred to the early access version. However, you can receive rewards for this release.

Playtest release rewards
In order to be able to use the rewards you have earned, you must link your Level Infinite Pass account. To do this you need your UID, which you can find in your profile within the game. Then go to that official website of the gameclick on “Link your account” and then follow the instructions.
You will find the challenges that you must complete to receive the rewards den Events (F6 key) within the game. You can unlock skins for weapons, equipment tickets, weapon XP coins and also the operator Vyron for the early access start.
Delta Force is scheduled to go into early access in 2024. However, there is no exact date yet. The first alpha already convinced numerous players and us too.
In addition to a 64-player mode in the style of Battlefield, there is also a variant that is similar to an extraction shooter like Escape from Tarkov. Both can be played during the playtest, but the planned single-player campaign cannot.
