The next Resident Evil movie is making a comeback
recently revealed, Resident Evil Death Island is the next big animated film from the license. It will follow Resident Evil revenge released in 2017. We find Leon S. Kennedy, hero of Resident Evil 4 Remake, as well as Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.
Stuck on Alcatraz, the famous prison off the coast of San Francisco, our three heroes will have to face new bioterrorist threats.
Synopsis of RE: Death Island
DSO Agent Leon S. Kennedy is on a mission to apprehend Dr. Antonio Taylor from his captors, but a mysterious woman thwarts his efforts. Meanwhile, BSAA agent Chris Redfield investigates a zombie outbreak in San Francisco where the source of the infection cannot be identified. The only thing the victims have in common is that they all recently visited Alcatraz Island. Following this lead, Chris and his team travel to the island where new horrors lurk.
Two new, never-before-seen pictures of Jill Valentine
At present Resident Evil Death Island There is no release date yet, but it is expected for the current summer without further details. To keep us waiting, Capcom has released the trailer already shared at the first announcement, but this time with two new unreleased images to (re)present Jill Valentine to us as if no one had noticed her until now. We see the latter with her colleague Chris Redfield in what appears to be a rest room, then we find her in a very bad position in front of hordes of monsters, this time she is accompanied by Leon and seems to be in a tunnel. Jill will therefore not be just a simple guest and should play a fairly important role in the storyline. Judgment in a few months.
