The games drawn by Dragon Ball follow one another and often look the same. From time to time, however, titles try to think outside the box. With varying degrees of success. Dragon Ball: The Breakers, a multiplayer game with asymmetrical gameplay, recently went into beta right after it was announced. And for now, the title is not unanimous among fans of the universe presented by Akira Toriyama. After the reactions of the players, it is the turn of the developers to comment on the situation.
The developers of Dragon Ball The Crusher just commented on player feedback after the first closed beta. In a message sent to the game’s official Twitter account, Ryosuke Hara, the game’s producer, thanked the players. And responds to some of the criticisms of the game:
Thank you to all players who participated in the closed beta. We’d like to thank all of you for taking the time to complete the online survey and report bugs in the game.
We have received a lot of feedback regarding the balance between the Raider and the survivors. As well as improvements to game objectives, gameplay, raider priority function and more. We are currently working on these returns so we can use them during development.
We believe this is a collective work that we will create together. Hence, both the development team and employees will make the necessary efforts to meet your expectations.
We are also considering another opportunity that would allow more players to try out the game before its official release. Stay tuned for more news on this topic. Thank you for your continued support for Dragon Ball: The Breakers.
Did the developers really hear the players?
According to Ryosuke Hara, the number of points given by the players in their feedback is interesting. Obviously, the testers had a lot to say about what Dragon Ball: The Breakers has to offer.
That being said, there is one more point that should be mentioned. In fact, the producer does not provide direct feedback on the graphics of the game, but comments and other ridicule on the subject were abundant on the web after the announcement of Dragon Ball: The Breakers.
Previously on Dragon Ball The Breakers
As a reminder, Dragon Ball: The Breakers games divide players into two camps. On one side is the raider. The latter corresponds to a famous villain from Dragon Ball (Cell, Frieza or Majin Buu). On the other hand, there are the powerless and much weaker “survivors”. These can be avatars of players as well as characters like Bulma and Oolong.
Dragon Ball: The Breakers will officially be released next year on PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC. Of course, the title also runs on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S via backward compatibility.
