What can you see on Disney+ from January 8th to 14th, 2024? We share with you the schedule of new releases for one of this year’s flagship series and new episodes of TV shows that are still in the works.
Disney+ put everything on one card at the beginning of the year and only enriched its catalog of series. Subscribers were still able to watch “Peter Jackson and the Olympians” and “Undead Unluck.” The programs not yet available included the police program FBI Promotion 2009 and the animated series Ishura. That’s nice, but far from the best. Fortunately, the new releases from January 8th to 14th, 2024 provide some variety and a huge original production is finally coming.

So far, the Disney+ new releases for January 2024 haven’t shined when it comes to added films. It was a complete desert but that will change in a few days. The short film Dolapo is Fine is scheduled to land on the platform on January 12th. “On the verge of leaving the British boarding school where she is attending, Dolapo is pressured to change her natural hairstyle and name in order to find a job in the city. Dolapo decides to buy a wig, but this causes her to question her uncertain origins and her own ideas about her identity.. A film by Ethosheia Hylton (“In the Silence”) that won an award ahead of its competitors at the 2020 American Black Film Festival.

Disney+ series from January 8th to 14th, 2024 with Marvel and Horror (S2)
Like every week, Disney+ continues to develop its current TV shows with new episodes of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Undead Unluck and Ishura. But the releases from January 8th to 14th, 2024 are marked by the appearance of Marvel Echo. The big addition to the second week and, above all, one of the most important original productions of the year. A miniseries that will be complete from launch as all five episodes will be online from Wednesday January 10th.
Marvel Echo tells the origin story of a never-before-seen character: Maya Lopez. A young deaf woman raised by the Kingpin (Wilson Fisk) must confront her difficult past and reconnect with her true roots in order to move forward. A highly anticipated new Disney+ series that brings back actor Charlie Cox in the Daredevil costume. And just like Maya, the devil of Hell’s Kitchen isn’t here to string beads, but to settle scores by outsmarting his enemies. You shouldn’t miss the third season of “American Horror Stories”. Like American Horror Story, expect stories that are horrific and disturbing, but independent and distinct from one another.

New documentaries and shows from January 8th to 14th, 2024 (S2)
Documentaries are also included in the new Disney+ releases from January 8th to 14th. The exclusive report on BTS ends this week with the airing of the final two episodes. In the previous two years, the group finally managed to get back on stage and find the ARMY – their fan base – even if they were unable to communicate “directly” with their followers.
In 1980, Christina Boyer made headlines when she claimed she could move objects with her mind… 12 years later, the young woman-turned-mother was charged with the murder of her three-year-old daughter. Although she pleaded guilty, it turned out that she was not there at the time. But there is no doubt in the minds of investigators, and Boyer is an experienced manipulator. “Her parents, John and Joan Resch, were believers and believed that these incidents (editor’s note: alarm clock broken, television on without being plugged in…) were caused by a demonic spirit possessing their daughter. Then they asked a priest to perform an exorcism.” (above ABC).
