After that, the next bang was not long in coming: Senior Narrative Designer Cara Ellison left the then developer behind Bloodlines 2 Hardsuit Labs to join Australian studio League of Geeks. Samantha Wallschlaeger, who was previously part of studios such as BioWare and Monolith, then followed in her footsteps.

At the beginning of last year, however, Paradox parted ways with Hardsuit Labs and postponed the release from 2021 to an indefinite date. It is not known who is currently working on Vampire Bloodlines 2. According to Wester, Paradox doesn’t want to announce anything too soon, as it has backfired in the past.
