The anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, which offers a masterful ending, could have had a very different ending, reveals animation studio Trigger.

Two more endings were considered for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

On July 15, several members of Trigger Studio, the creators of the anime, met Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, was present at the Japan Expo in Paris. They then reveal that two more endings were planned: one where Lucie becomes happy and pregnant, and the other where David survives and becomes a mercenary.
