After a first episode released in 1997, the Shadow Warrior series returned in 2013 with a compelling reboot episode, followed by a second episode that made the choice of the procedure in 2016. While its sequel is slated to come out this year, it continues to grow a little more.
After the “Doomsday Device” and “That Damn Dam” levels were revealed, Shadow Warrior 3 is already back a third level: “Motoko’s Thunderdome”. This immerses our character, Lo Wang, in the depths of the Motoko Caves. Once again he has to kill many waves of monstrous enemies of all kinds by using their new skills, including the wall run. He is therefore helped by the mysterious Motoko, who can launch explosive lightning attacks. As a reminder, this new episode will put us at the center‘an unlikely quest that consists of the capture of an ancient dragon freed from its eternal prison.
Shadow Warrior 3 will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2021.
