The end of the epic zombie series “The Walking Dead” is fast approaching. Before the start of the second part of season 11 on February 20, 2022 on AMC, a new, extremely bloody trailer has now also appeared. The next 8 episodes will be marked by numerous fights and clashes that the survivors will have to face.

A brand new face in the above video is Pamela Milton (Laila Robins), the Governor of the Commonwealth. She explains: “Brick by brick, block by block, we are putting the world back together as it was.”

Meanwhile, the people of Alexandria suffered badly in the season 11 first third finale. Now at least the protective fence seems to have been provisionally repaired. But soldiers of the Commonwealth suddenly show up outside the walls. Did you come to help?

Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) are seen following their attack on the Reaper base. The long-simmering conflict between Maggie and her husband’s killer continues to heat up. Challenging as ever, Negan tells Maggie that she, too, may soon be making a momentous decision.

Maggie is then seen pointing a gun at someone while Daryl yells, “Maggie, no!”

Fan favorite Daryl, on the other hand, seems demoralized. In the trailer he asks: “We survived everything, but for what? To keep fighting and killing each other?”

Part 2 of the 11th season of “The Walking Dead” will start on February 20, 2022 on the US broadcaster AMC. In this country you can see the new episodes a day later on Disney + Star. The pay TV broadcaster ProSieben Fun will broadcast the episodes immediately after the US broadcast on Monday night.

Overall, the 11th season consists of 24 episodes instead of the usual 16. In addition, the season is divided into three parts, each with 8 episodes. Part 3 will be released in autumn 2022.
