The Witcher (Netflix): Shooting apparently stopped again

Apparently, Netflix, shooting, stopped, Witcher

The wait for the second season of the Netflix series The Witcher could probably drag on even longer. Due to COVID-19, the shooting apparently had to be stopped again.

It is to be crazy. It was only a few weeks ago that the shooting of the second season of The Witcher could finally be continued, now the shift is back in the shaft. A corona outbreak in the team that is currently working in the Arborfield Studios near London caused another shooting stop.

According to this, his four employees tested positive, whereupon tests were initiated for the entire team. None of the main actors should be infected so far. It now remains to be seen whether more employees have been infected and when filming can start again.

Production only had to be stopped in March due to COVID-19 until it was restarted in August of this year. The delays have already meant that the role of the witcher Eskel had to be re-filled due to scheduling overlaps. But hey, if we’re used to player one, it’s shifts.

Shortly before the start of the first season on December 20, 2019, Netflix has now published the final trailer for the series for The Witcher.
