Netflix announces summer release date for season 3 that wizardwhich will be the last time we see Henry Cavill as Geralt.
The streaming service also released a trailer and a new poster to give you a sneak peek.
The season will span eight episodes and be divided into two volumes. The first five episodes will air on June 29, with the final three on July 27.
In the trailer, Geralt takes a sip of the black potion, causing his pupils to fill his irises. This provides the ability to see better in the dark and enhances other senses. He’s taking the potion to help fight an unknown threat – allowing him to “understand real fear” for the first time.
In October 2022 it was announced that Liam Hemsworth would replace Geralt in the fourth season.
Many fans are still up in the air about Cavill’s successor, but he and Netflix are confident that Hemsworth will do justice to our hero. We will wait and see.
