Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom causes a whirlwind of emotions in the final trailer
7 details, from small to large to cute
1: The new Fuse ability takes crafting from its predecessor to a new level. And the new trailer shows some interesting constructs. At one point, Link is holding a sword with a shield attached to it. He later attaches a rocket to a shield to launch himself into the air. In short: Fusing will also be useful outside of combat.
2: In the trailer, Link flies in a wingsuit and even uses it to overcome a laser trap. The suit could usefully complement the already known skydiving.
3: The new crafting called Ultrahand will allow link assemble fighting machines. In a short scene he defends himself with such a goblin fortress. Of course, examples like this make your head spin: Can you even control turrets directly?
4: Link uses an eagle-shaped glider in the trailer. This begs the question: is it also made with Ultrahand or does the flying vehicle belong to an as yet unknown category of means of transport?
5: In Breath of the Wild, Link could swim but not actively dive. You could only get underwater for a few seconds if you jumped in from a great height. In Tears of a Kingdom, dives seem to play a far bigger role. At least the trailer shows a scene where the hero hops into and through a floating water bubble paddles through
6: Are the dungeons returning? After all, trailer scenes indicate the existence of extensive vaults that can easily compete with those from earlier parts.
7: The numerous companions with whom Link will share his adventure at times also receive a lot of attention in the trailer. In particular, a boy with a bucket for a helmet has already won the hearts of the fan community. Expressions of affection are also piling up on Twitter.
