After numerous recent leaks, Electronic Arts officially confirms the arrival of a ton of free and paid content for The Sims 4 in the coming months.
In a new short trailer, which in turn reveals the new features of the tarot cards, Electronic Arts presents what will be included in The Sims 4 from September to the end of October. And fans of the popular life simulator will have plenty to do in the coming months with plenty of free and paid content.
The Sims 4 shows its cards for a lot of future content
There’s a whole roadmap being developed to support Sims 4 players over the coming months, so it’s fitting to put things in order. The arrival of new content starts with the Fairytale Storybook Kit and the Artist Studio Art Kit, but these are paid and will be available from September 19th. These smaller packs contain items for the more enchanting Sims or those who are more creative and want to dabble in art. After that, it’s time for the Grim Reaper Rewards event on September 24th, with plenty of free goodies for The Sims 4 base game.
Then, The Sims 4 will release the pack that has been the subject of much speculation and leaks in the community: the mysterious Life and Death expansion. A first look with more details about the DLC will be available on October 3rd. As the theme suggests, it will then be available on October 31st, obviously on Halloween day. This DLC will be an opportunity for Grim, the legendary hooded character, to make a notable appearance.
All these revelations naturally excited the Sims 4 community, which put forward several theories. Some hope for the introduction of a new location or possible links between an angel and the Reaper. Some even hope to form a less platonic bond with Grim. However, we will have to wait to find out more on October 3. Enough to restore The Sims 4’s image against its big competitor inZOI? Time will tell.
