The cast of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fighters is immense. To a more than solid base, Nintendo has added 6 downloadable characters and plans to add several more through a second pack of fighters. With the eyes on the future, with everything that can come from the hand of the new Smash DLCs, the public has voted which are their most desired, and the results have surprised many, although more than one may not be caught by surprise.
It has been the Japanese publication Inside Games that has revealed the survey, as they point out from GameRant. Through this, Japanese players have expressed their wishes for the roster of the latest Smash Bros. released on Switch, with a pretty clear winner. Sora, protagonist of Kingdom Hearts, has taken the first position with 290 votes; followed by Dante, protagonist of Devil May Cry rumored as a possible signing; and with him monster hunter in third position.
A trio of winners that stands out in a tidal wave of quite varied names. Rex, from Xenoblade Chronicles 2; 74 and 2B, from NieR: Automata, occupy the fourth and fifth place for total votes. From there, we continue to see more curious names like Sephiroth, Crash, Steve and even Goku.
The variety is served, but Nintendo is already very clear who will be next, and there are fewer and fewer ballots that we see more Fire Emblem, although there is some scope for the public to influence their decision. Who will be the next Smash Ultimate fighters? Maybe in a very short time we will know at least the first of the new pack of fighters
