Almost everyone now knows Stargate. A science fiction universe that has become cult thanks to the Stargate SG-1 series that aired in the 2000s. The Stargate universe

Directed by James Spader and Kurt Russell, the first film tells the story of Egyptologist Daniel Jackson, who solves the mystery of the Pyramid of Giza and then discovers the Stargate, a type of alien portal that allows instant travel across the galaxy. The military had gotten their hands on it some time ago.

Years later, MGM decided to launch a first series, Stargate SG-1, which aired between 1997 and 2007 and directly followed the film. Here too, the series was a great success and still has many fans today. Two television films and three other series were also made. The most famous, Stargate Atlantis, was entitled to five seasons between 2004 and 2009. There is now an entire Stargate universe to discover or rediscover.
