Developer LunchHouse software has released a mechanism for Valve's cancelled Portal prequel Aperture Camera.

Also called F-Stop, Aperture Camera Is a first-person puzzle game that uses a camera to move objects around the lab, copy items and rescale them (thanks, RPS).

LunchHouse software is also using Valve's Source Engine to develop its own project, Exposure, and is licensed by the company to use the game's original source code.

The video below shows a first look at the mechanism, and LunchHouse promises to share more footage in the future.

Valve's prequel to Portal was first revealed by Geoff Keighley and is in the development stage, and was detailed by Geoff Keighley in his digital book Portal 2 – The Final Hours.
