Ubisoft just can’t save itself from leaks: A few months ago there were already some involuntary releases Assassin’s Creed Miragenow are gameplay scenes to mobile game Jade surfaced on the internet. Battle scenes, cutscenes, climbing the Great Wall of China – it’s all there.
The latest leak has surfaced on Reddit. The user /u/dattuu posted a video in the subforum for Assassin’s Creed that he said he had found on Facebook. However, it is no longer available there. You can find out how we deal with leaked material in Heiko’s article.
An official teaser trailer is very well available, which you can watch here:

The first Assassin’s Creed with free character creation has only one catch
What we knew so far
Assassin’s Creed: Jade will be an open-world game for Android and iOS. It takes place in China at the time of the three kingdoms – specifically the year 325 BC is mentioned. In contrast to the other AC parts, we can even build our own character in Jade.
Which is the best part of the series, at least in our opinion, you can find out here:

In the leaked video, we see the main character on top of the Great Wall during an attack by the Xiongnu horse people. There is climbing, balancing and finally fighting with swords as attackers climb the wall, whereupon a cutscene starts.
What we can also find out from the leak:
- RPG like Valhalla: Jade seems to be based more on the younger AC parts and will probably be an action role-playing game again. Apparently we are leveling up our character and our opponents are running through the world with life bars above their heads.
- User Interface: Otherwise AC: Jade is a pretty classic Assassin’s Creed. Again, there is a minimap in the upper right corner, and quest markers show us the way to the next goal.
- Touch operation: Attacks with swords and the like can of course be operated on the mobile phone with the touchscreen
Ultimate Skill
probably causes the opponents a lot of damage.
More Assassin’s Creed projects
But not all future AC games are role-playing-focused like Valhalla, Odyssey, and apparently Jade: The Next Assassin’s Creed aims to return to the roots of the series. Mirage looks promising in Fabiano’s eyes, but also reminds him of what Ubisoft is missing right now.
With Mirage, Red and Hexe there are many other projects in the works, you can find all information about them in the following article:
