In general, expectations regarding the Inside Xbox focused on showing the first games for Xbox Series X than Microsoft It was good to carry yesterday, they were not very high around here, we knew we were only going to see third-party titles, but with everything and with that there was still room for some disillusionment among the community. So much so that even himself Aaron Greenberg Xbox ensures that the company did not do things well.
For this and other reasons, those of us who make up the iGamesNews team have wanted to share with you our personal opinion about the event and what we could see in it. Many games were presented, and the truth is that they all promise theirs, but perhaps Microsoft did not know how to sell what it apparently wanted to sell.

Be too Overconfidence, that's the only problem I could attribute to a Inside Xbox which, complaints aside, showed very promising games. Overconfidence on the part of Microsoft that, in the face of a competition that seems frozen in cryostasis, he believes that he can go to the exam by reviewing the previous day a little. But also overconfidence on our part, for falling once again in the promises of marketing that we should already be more than used to.
What to try sell as gameplay what were scenes created with the game engine is a trick to the attention of the players. Even more so when many of those videos read the fine print of "representative images”In a presentation that invited to see the future of Xbox Series X. Once again the problem is neither the games nor, probably, the power of the console, but how darn bad the companies keep on communicating.
The opinion of Jonathan León
The new generation of consoles is six or seven months away, and as usual every time we see each other in this situation, expectations and speculation soar
The picture presented promises more intergenerational games than ever, which means little reason to buy a new console from the user. At Microsoft, however, they want us to get excited. What if the Xbox ecosystem, what if Smart Delivery, what if optimization for Series X. All that is very well the truth, at least they are getting something wet with this to show their console (unlike Sony), but after seeing the assumptions Yesterday's gameplays one can't help but wonder if these graphic enhancements are really that decisive.
Somehow they have to make time for the real next-gen games, and that goes through exacerbated marketing that seems like it wants us to see more than there is. Personally, the only interesting thing I found on Inside Xbox yesterday was announcements of new titles like Call of the sea or The Medium. Regardless of whether they have improvements to the new consoles or not, at least they are promising games.
The opinion of Sergio Cejas
The truth is that the last Inside Xbox have not finished leaving me with very good feelings and that had raised doubts about what to expect exactly the one that was issued yesterday. I had hoped that Microsoft's announcements would be impressive to be focused on Xbox Series X, but the truth is that in general lines what was seen left me a little cold.
There were some other games that did catch my attention, such as The Ascent, Chorus or Bright Memory InfiniteBut when the event ended I was left with the feeling that something was missing that really left me speechless or made me get up from my chair. I want to believe that this was just a little snack and the most shocking and real announcements will come in July.
The problem is that the next generation of consoles is getting closer and at the moment I have not seen any video game that makes me count until the remaining seconds for its launch. I only ask one thing for the next Inside Xbox and that is, if it is said that there will be gameplay, there really is and don't leave us with honey on our lips.
Jarkendia's opinion
Why do they call it gameplay when they should say in-game trailer? It was clear that yesterday's Inside Xbox was not going to be the bomb, as much as it revolved around third-party games for Xbox Series X, mainly because there was never an Inside Xbox that I really liked because of its elongated format.
However, I must admit that its first section surprised me for good because of the chosen rhythm and that initial joke of Aaron Greenberg parodying the "fridge" look from the Microsoft console. That, together with the presentation of several games that had not been seen to date, made it a pleasant presentation, despite the fact that there was no real glimpse of next-gen saving a couple of titles, such as Bright Memory Infinite, originally from PC. The bad thing is that in gameplay there was little or nothing in the vast majority of games presented, with the aggravation of the expected Assassin's Creed: Valhalla by Ubisoft, where it was reiterated that we would see a bit of gameplay. And in the end all that ended up tarnishing the rest.
Lucky that bigger things are expected in July. But I prefer not to get my hopes up, as I did with this Inside Xbox. And what has to come out will come out.
Frankie MB's opinion
With some advance notice, Microsoft promised the world an exceptional breakthrough: a Inside Xbox of more than half an hour in which the games of the next generation of consoles would be shown. The sensations I had, on the other hand, is that a dozen games were put together that we could perfectly see in the current one, but that will arrive optimized to Xbox Series X.
Don't get me wrong: the setting for Bright Memory Infinite It is as amazing as its rhythm. And that probably most of these games, if not all, are going to look in 4K will leave us gawking at the screen. However, I confess that in addition to waiting for a greater visual demonstration in which differences with current systems are palpable, I also I wanted to see more anticipated game previews.
Not that the new Assassin's Creed
The Microsoft machine not only seeks to be the most powerful of the new generation, but right now it is more Tangible than PS5, and we are aware that both the Game Pass and backwards compatibility will be its great weapons. After all, the system Smart Delivery will guarantee that we will have the best version. However, the new Inside has not fulfilled my desire to see what the games of the decade just started will look like. Maybe the scheduled summer event will do it.
Alex CD's opinion
As I said when opening this article, I did not go with the feeling of facing a Inside Xbox spectacular or especially juicy from the moment Microsoft confirmed that it would be focused only on video games developed by third parties for Xbox Series X. Not because these titles are incapable of looking good, but because it is still very soon to see games for the new generation on the move that can transmit a true technical leap. At most we will see something of this draft in July with, now, the exclusive games of the first party studios.
While I went ahead with my feet on the ground, the approach of the Inside Xbox seemed to me little successful. If the goal was to publicize what the games will look like on your new generation console, the result was, for me, that they will do the same as in the current one. I did not expect to see the big jump here, as I said before, but perhaps more than what was seen. I don't know what Microsoft was really up to with this beyond chaining a handful of trailers one after the other, some very flashy and gaming I want to try like Call of the sea or that Bright Memory Infinite, but again, I think the approach failed.
The date of July, still without a date, seems more necessary than ever to see at once what the company wants to offer us with its games and its next-generation console.
We are waiting for you in the comments so that you can tell us what you think about everything too.
