We have all the important information for you that you should already know about XDefiant.
All information about the new Ubisoft shooter XDefiant
Gameplay: How does XDefiant play?
XDefiant is a thoroughbred online shooter in which two teams of six players compete against each other.
You choose a character, here called Defiant, who comes from well-known factions of the Tom Clancy universe. On board for the release are the Wolves from Ghost Recon, Echelon from Splinter Cell and the Outcasts and Cleaners from The Division – more will follow with future updates.
The parliamentary groups represent lower class types: The Wolves serve as tanks and have many health points and shields, the Outcasts take on the role of healers, the Cleaners cause the greatest damage and the Echelon can, as supporters, track down enemies, among other things.

The game looks like a mix of Call of Duty and Overwatch: Each hero class has unique abilities and an ultimate skill, which is called Ultra here – very similar to the Blizzard shooter.
Weapons and gunplay are reminiscent of CoD at first glance, since only modern military weapons such as assault rifles are used, which apparently also have a corresponding recoil. But there are also more unusual weapons such as flamethrowers. The guns can be modified with attachments and gadgets and can be adjusted during the game after each death.
Both teams compete in well-known game modes, including for example Team deathmatch, domination or escort. The maps should also refer to well-known locations in the Tom Clancy universe.
Price: What will XDefiant cost?
XDefiance is a Free2Play game and is therefore playable for free
