RTX 4070, 16GB DDR5 RAM, i7 13700H…an extremely well built gaming PC
What can we say about this machine other than it seems excellent to us? With the Pulse 15 you can easily run any modern greedy title smoothly in QHD resolution.
- The processor is an Intel Core i7 13700H 14-core clocked at a maximum of 4.9 GHz. A very solid chip, especially in combination with a graphics card like Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 4070.
- DLSS, ray tracing, the 2023 version of the 3070 is a treat. Full HD runs competitive games at around 240Hz. The 4070 is also excellent at QHD resolution, but if you want to run 4K at full throttle you may need to reach for the higher end (or the fixed version of that popular GPU).
- In terms of RAM, the PC has 15 GB. Note that this is DDR5 and not DDR4, that changes a lot of things!
- That leaves the screen: QHD resolution (2560 x 1440), 240 Hz for maximum fluidity, IPS panel for good color management… just perfect!
We can finally talk about its design that will not leave anyone indifferent. The MSI PULSE 15 B13VGK-463FR is a gaming laptop with everything that entails, both positive and negative. Sharp patterns on the front, keyboard crammed with RGB LEDs…some love it, others prefer the discretion. Flavors and colors…
Anyhow, we have nothing but praise for this coherent and modern PC, offered at a very correct price!
