And there are other reasons why you might want to change your Tinder name. You may have chosen a childish-sounding nickname that turns out to be quite unattractive.
However, changing your Tinder name is not possible on the dating platform. If you want a new Tinder name, you only have the following two options.
Change Tinder name via Facebook account

Sign in to Tinder via Facebook if your Tinder account is not yet linked to Facebook. Your previous Tinder name will be replaced by your Facebook name.

If the Facebook method is not an option for you, you can simply delete your account and create it again. Unfortunately, your previous matches and chats will be lost and you should therefore exchange other contact options. If necessary, you want to export existing Tinder chats.
