Gearbox Software is entering the last round, at least as far as the presentation of the six playable classes in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is concerned. On sale today: Spore Warden and Graveborn.
A total of six classes await you in the upcoming action game Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Four of them have already been introduced: Stabbomancer, Brr-Zerker, Spellshot and Clawbringer. As part of another dev update and trailer, the two classes that are still missing, Graveborn and Spore Warden, are now coming into play.
The Graveborn sacrifice their health to create dark magic attacks and become the “Reaper of Bones”. They have half-lich companions. When the Graveborn casts a spell, the companion will cast a special spell as well. You can also set hellish creatures on your opponents.
Masters of nature, Spore Wardens can summon tornadoes to slow foes and unleash arcane missiles on their foes. They also have poison-spitting mushroom companions. The Spore Warden specializes in weapons and pets.
A multi-class system was also announced. This gives you the ability to mix the abilities of two classes to create a hybrid class. As you progress, the necessary second class slot will be unlocked. The combination results in two new skills to choose from, as well as additional passive effects.
Finally, two more areas were presented. Crackmast Cove comes with a pirate setting, while Drowned Abyss comes up with nasty creatures in the depths of the ocean. Unsurprisingly, there is also a new type of enemy in the form of pirates, appropriate to Crackmast Cove. And with Bones Three-Wood there is also a suitable new character who, due to a lack of crew, is not on the ocean but guards the gates of Briny Shelf.
There is of course also the matching trailer below this news. Borderlands spin-off Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will be released on March 25th for PC (Epic Games Store), PS4 and PS5 as well as Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
