The release of the Borderlands spin-off Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands on March 25th is approaching and Gearbox is accordingly giving out some information about system requirements, cross-play and split-screen.
Let’s start with the system requirements. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will of course also be released for PC and fortunately it isn’t that insanely hardware-hungry. After all, a GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 590 is enough for the recommended specs. However, you should make room on your hard drive, because the game requires a whopping 75 GB. Here are the specs in detail:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR TINY TINA’S WONDERLANDS:
- OS: Windows 10 (latest service pack)
- Processor: AMD FX-8350 (Intel i5-3570)
- Memory: 6GB RAM
- Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX470 (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB)
- HDD: 75 GB
- DirectX: Version 11
RECOMMENDED PC SPECS FOR TINY TINA’S WONDERLANDS:
- OS: Windows 10 (latest service pack)
- Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 5 2600 (Intel i7-4770)
- Memory: 6GB RAM
- Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX470 (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB)

There are also a few hints about split-screen mode, especially in the form that up to four players can play on one console on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, while you have to be content with two players on PS4 and Xbox One . After all, you have the choice of splitting horizontally or vertically.
Finally, the recently confirmed cross-play between all platforms is also explained in more detail. The same is done via SHiFT matchmaking and you have to decide at launch whether you want to participate or not. You can of course change this at any time. In addition, a unique player name must be created, which can consist of 3-16 letters (upper/lower case) and numbers (no special characters). The player name can be changed at any time.
