Creative Assembly seems to have really understood that actions speak louder than words, because barely a week later there’s a really gigantic gift for everyone who owns Total War: Warhammer 3!
If you wanted to play the Immortal Empires mega-campaign beforehand, you had to own all three Total Wars in the Warhammer universe. That is no longer the case!
As the devs recently announced via a Twitter post, everyone can now taste the massive Immortal Empires campaign as long as they own Warhammer 3. So you no longer have to buy the predecessors to unlock the additional races and countries:

Since the launch of Immortal Empires last August, our team has been working flat out to bring this greatest of Total War campaigns to the widest possible audience. Today we can finally announce that Immortal Empires is now moving out of beta status and becoming available to all Total War: Warhammer 3 owners, regardless of whether you own the previous two in the trilogy.
